Welcome to Choing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Choing mobile application ("App") provided by SAULOR PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Choing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Choing, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
2. Description of Service
Choing is an enterprise collaboration platform that provides:
Procurement Management - Create, track, and approve purchase orders
Inventory Tracking - Real-time stock monitoring and alerts
Task Coordination - Team task assignment and progress tracking
Approval Workflows - Business approval processes
Document Management - Secure file storage and sharing
Team Communication - Real-time messaging and collaboration
The App is designed for authorized business users within organizations that have subscribed to our services.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use Choing, you must create an account or be provided credentials by your organization administrator. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Your organization's subscription expires
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Required by law or regulatory authorities
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use Choing only for:
Legitimate business purposes within your organization
Activities authorized by your organization administrator
Purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable laws
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use automated systems or bots without authorization
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights of others
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Choing ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:
Store and process your content to provide the service
Display your content to authorized users within your organization
Create backups for data protection purposes
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy and legality of your User Content
Ensuring you have rights to upload and share the content
Compliance with data protection and privacy laws
Any consequences arising from your User Content
5.3 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload content that:
Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Contains personal data without proper consent
Violates confidentiality obligations
Contains malware or malicious code
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
Choing, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by SAULOR PTE. LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Use our trademarks without permission
Create derivative works based on the App
6.2 Open Source Components
Choing incorporates open source software, including components from Rocket.Chat (MIT License). These components are subject to their respective licenses.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback about Choing, you grant us the right to use such feedback without obligation to you.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://app.choing.com/privacy_policy.html), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Third-Party Services
Choing may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As Is" Basis
CHOING IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
9.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components
Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAULOR PTE. LTD., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of Choing
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your User Content
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:
In-app notifications
Email to your registered address
Updates to the "Last Updated" date
Continued use of Choing after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may stop using Choing at any time by uninstalling the App and requesting account deletion.
13.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to use Choing ceases immediately
We may delete your User Content
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at office@saulor.com to attempt informal resolution.
15.2 Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SAULOR PTE. LTD. regarding Choing.
16.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.

18. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded Choing from the Apple App Store:
These Terms are between you and SAULOR PTE. LTD., not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
By using Choing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
